Montclair Day at the L.A. County Fair

All Montclair residents are invited to join City personnel at the L.A. County Fair on Wednesday, September 26 for Montclair Day at the Fair. Special events include a parade, recognition of the Montclair Community Heroes and evening entertainment.

The Montclair Golden Express will be providing a FREE shuttle service for those 18 and older to the Fair on Wednesday, September 26 for “Montclair Day”. Make your reservation for the shuttle service by calling 625-9456.

Special coupons, good for $5 admission to the Fair on Montclair Day if purchased in advance online, are available at the Recreation Facility, Senior Center and City Hall.

Water District Warns Montclair Residents of Phony Worker Ploy
Inland Valley Daily Bulletin

The Monte Vista Water District issued a warning this week that staff have received two reports of people posing as water agency employees who tried to get into Montclair homes.

District officials urged residents to be cautious and confirm a workers' identification before letting the person enter a home. Officials also said it is very unusual for district personnel to need to come into a home.
